The Garden
The garden has a Mediterranean character — olive trees, cypresses, and flowering plants, with mountains all around. It's private to the property and shared among guests.
Swimming Pool
A proper swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas around it.
Jacuzzi (April – October)
Hot tub with mountain views. Good after a day of hiking.
Sun Terrace
Plenty of loungers and shade. South Tyrol gets 300+ days of sun.
Outdoor Facilities
Convenient outdoor shower and toilet for poolside comfort.
The BBQ Garden
A second garden with a large table on the grass (seats 12+) and a gas grill. Great for group dinners outside — it's a separate area so you have some privacy.
